Q:  Can I order one set?

A:   Yes, we can provide one set to you, but mostly we just can arrange the shipment to the main port, if you have local shipping agent in China is much easiler to arrange the shipment.


Q:  Can you arange the shipping to our country?

A:    Yes, CIF is accepted. We always provide this service if customer needed, but main port only.


Q:  Do you offer fabric swatches?

A:  Yes, we provide fabric swatches to you if you not sure about the fabric material or color, we can arrange the express for you, so that you can check the quality first, but the express cost will be prepaid for us..


Q:  Do you offer customized product service?

A:  Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Send your design pictures to us, then we talk about it with our professional deisgner to produce the product you want.


Q:  Are you trading compnay or factory?

A:  We are factory. Our factory located in Foshan called China Furniture Kindom, covering more than 5000 square meters. You are warm welome to visit us.


Q:  Do you have showroom?

A:  Yes,  We have showroom in factory, foshan, China. We have an extensive range of models on display but due to the size of our range we can not display all models. If you have specific products that you wish to view please give us a call prior to traveling.


Q:How to guarantee the quality?

A:Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.

We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.

Every sofa quality checked before packing.

Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.


Q:What kind of after-sales service will provide it?

A:Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.

Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time.
